A desktop shell that feels like bone
Thin lines, a sphere that flips into a launcher, and a palette of bone, black and one red. Sketch notes on the KappaYashi shell.
The desktop should be quiet. Just a wallpaper, and a small sphere hanging at two-thirds height that flips over when you ask it something.
The constraints
- Very minimal. Thin lines. Small text.
- One accent:
#c83637, everything else bone and black. - Mouse-friendly tiling: tiling when you want order, a right-click menu when you do not.

A launcher is a conversation. It should start quietly.
What is next
Workspaces and media bloom beside the sphere only when they matter. Everything else stays hidden until called.
